This document outlines the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing the use of the 1313 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 1313 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1313 as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for using any of the services offered, including account registration, access to betting markets, deposits, withdrawals, and all other available features.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
User eligibility requirements
To register and use the 1313 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a resident eligible to use online services in Malaysia.
- Not be listed as an individual prohibited from using betting services by any relevant authority.
- Register one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
Account security responsibilities
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details confidential, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 1313 support team immediately. We are not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.
Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1313 may request identity verification at any time as part of its security and compliance procedures.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All 1313 users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times:
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the system, odds, or betting outcomes through any technical means or collusion.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not share or transfer your account to any other party.
- Do not abuse any promotions, bonuses, or special offers in a manner that goes against their stated terms.
- Do not spread false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice. 1313 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including placing a hold on account balances during the investigation.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
Platform's official currency
All transactions on the 1313 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all processed in MYR. No foreign currency conversion is required for Malaysian users.
Deposit and withdrawal policy
Deposits into your 1313 account may only be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including local e-wallets and bank transfers. You must use a payment method registered in your own name — deposits via third-party accounts are not permitted.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to identity verification and bonus compliance requirements where applicable. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and three business days.
1313 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. Any taxes or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are solely the user's responsibility.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & External Links
Platform limitation of liability
1313 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including betting losses, technical disruptions, unauthorised access to your account due to third-party negligence, or any circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors.
Intellectual property
All content on the 1313 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and data structures — is the exclusive property of 1313 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from 1313.
Third-party links
The 1313 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. 1313 does not control the content of third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms, Account Policies & Governing Law
Changes to these terms
1313 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
Account suspension and closure
1313 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following situations: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity, provision of false information during registration, or instructions received from a relevant authority. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to claim any credit balance associated with the offending activity.
Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from the use of the 1313 platform shall be resolved through the designated channels.
